Suitable for all 19” rack mount equipment.
Design to house networking equipment in a high dust environment.
IP54 rating is protected against dust and solid objects, it is protected against splashing water but not fully weatherproof.
These are supplied fully built. These cannot be flat packed as they are a fully welded construction.
These cabinets are supplied in black or grey as standard.
Bespoke designs and colours are available on request.

– 400mm cabinets – 300mm internal useable depth
– 450mm cabinets – 350mm internal useable depth
– 500mm cabinets – 400mm internal useable depth
– 550mm cabinets – 450mm internal useable depth
– 600mm cabinets – 500mm internal useable depth

Features

Profiles: 19” full height adjustable, front and rear.
Front door: The front door is solid CR4 mild steel and is lockable with a cam lock. (1 lock 6u, 2 locks 9u-21u)
Rear: The rear is solid CR4 mild steel.
Sides: The sides are solid CR4 mild steel.
Cable entry: 5x 25mm holes in the base.
Weight load: This can be limited by the strength of the wall it is mounted to.

Accessory Compatibility

These cabinets are compatible with a variety of shelves.
– Shelf depth must be at least 100mm less than the depth of the cabinet with no fans included in the cabinet.
– All shelves in a cabinet must be the same depth, except for modem shelves which are front mounted only.
– These fix with cage nuts (these must be purchased separately).

IP54 cooling fans and filters can be added to these cabinets on request up to the following quantities:

6u – 1x fan
9u – 2x fans
12u – 3x fans
15u – 4x fans
18u – 4x fans
21u – 5x fans

Other accessories include PDU’s, blanking panels and bush strip can be added in these
cabinets.

IMPORTANT

These racks are made to order here in the UK to your custom requirements. This is a spec. we know is popular but it is still a custom made, specialty item (i.e. not ‘off the shelf’.) As a result, we can only accept returns of custom made goods damaged in transit (signed for as such) and cannot accept returns of unwanted items, or those on which you have changed your mind upon receiving. Therefore, please ensure that this is the rack you need.

Delivery is to kerb-side only and not to inside the property. You must ensure someone can take delivery of the items, that if you have ordered large items you have adequate manpower on-site to move it, and that it will fit through all doorways and passageways to its destination. Palletised delivery couriers allow 15 minutes for the item to be checked. Sign for it as DAMAGED if you see any sign of damage (structural, dents, scratches, etc.) and notify us within 24 hours. Otherwise, by signing for the goods you are accepting the delivery is in perfect condition and the supplier will not be able to uphold any claims made against this delivery at a later date.

You will need to be in to take delivery because redelivery costs are high for wall racks and floor standing cabinets due to the nature of the product and transit costs.
